Only contract with complete information and requirements will beprocessed.
The person whose signature appears on this page is the authorized binding upon the latter. Lack of authority will result in the forfeiture of ay payment already remitted to TRADECON, INC and liability to damages.
All applicants accepted to participate in PIFBEX 2010 are subject to the rules INC.
Participation Fee.

Application as Participant

The Application Contract is valid only after acceptance of company as Exhibitor by TRADECON, INC. Upon complete submission of applicant’s requirements, and is the official contract to participate in PIFBEX 2010. A Billing Statement / Statement of Account will be issued to the Exhibitor following acceptance by TRADECON, INC

Participation Fees of Participants

Participation fees and bank charges must be paid in full upon receipt of statement of account / invoice from TRADECON, INC.
The fee should be paid in CASH or CHEQUE payable to TRADECON, INC. thru Banco de Oro Peso Savings Account No. 1490047598 / Dollar Savings Account No. 1490079023 or to TRADECON, INC. Accounting Office if paid on-line, the applicant should fax immediately a copy of deposit slip to TRADECON, INC. To facilitate issuance of Official Receipt.
Participation fee does not include charges for additional services or amenities such as electrical services, additional furniture or equipment and other on-site services / orders.

Space Allocation

The space allocated shall be on a first-come-first serve basis. The Organizer reserves the right to change the location and/or size of the space allocated to the Exhibitor at any time prior to the commencement of the build-up of the exhibition should be exceptional circumstances demand it. In this regard, the Exhibitor shall, in anyway, have no claim for refund.

Use of Exhibit Space

Exhibitor shall display only goods they declared as display or presented which is part of their product lines. Failure of the Exhibitor to exhibit throughout the period of the show shall be considered a breach of contract.

Trade Association Participation

Any group/association shall submit to TRADECON, INC. Complete list of exhibiting members/companies together with their individual Application / Contract Form.

Withdrawal of Participation

Tradecon, Inc shall forfeit all payments made regardless of the reason or the time the notice of withdrawal is filed; And if necessary, impose the corresponding sanctions.

Unforseen Occurrence

Tradecon, Inc reserves the right to carry changes whenever necessary to ensure the success of the event as well as issuance of circulars and or additional rules and regulations for smooth operation of the event

Waiver of Claims

Exhibitor shall not hold the Tradecon, Inc. liable for any claims, suits, damages, costs arising from default or negligence by the Exhibitor or his contractors related to his participation in the event.

Filing of Suits

The venue of all suits which may arise out of this agreement, shall be the proper courts of Quezon City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
